Who we are looking for…
General Manager
$60K-$70K/year
We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on General Manager to join our opening team and lead front-of-house at Swaine’s. You’ll work closely with our Chef to spearhead service and create a memorable guest experience.
Sous Chef
$60k–$65k/year
We’re looking for a strong, organized Sous Chef to work closely with our Chef and help lead our small kitchen team. You should care deeply about great ingredients and thoughtful cooking.
Line Cook
$22-25/hour
We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook who takes pride in their work, moves with purpose, and genuinely enjoys cooking. You’ll work closely with our Chef and Sous Chef on a seasonal, Italian-leaning menu.
Server
$11.35/hour + tips
We’re looking for friendly, attentive Servers who know how to provide great service while still letting guests relax and enjoy themselves.
Bartender
$11.35/hour + tips
We’re looking for a warm, knowledgeable Bartender who can make great drinks without making them feel too serious.
Barista
$11.35/hour + tips
We’re looking for an upbeat, dependable Barista to help bring Swaine’s to life during the day. You should be comfortable making quality espresso drinks.
