A seasonal café & restaurant coming soon

Swaine’s is a neighborhood restaurant built around seasonal cooking, warm hospitality, and the rhythm of everyday life in Brooklyn.

The menu will center around house-made pastas, flatbreads made with freshly milled local flour and fired in our Forno hearth oven, and seasonal Italian-inspired dishes that let exceptional ingredients speak for themselves.

Led by Chef Emily Swaine, whose experience includes Blue Hill at Stone Barns and Forsythia, Swaine’s brings together thoughtful cooking and the ease of a true neighborhood restaurant.
